What is Fresh Flow EM-180D?
Fresh Flow is an electric mop for cleaning hard floors. It uses water from a built-in water tank and collects excess dirty water in a separate tank as you clean. This makes cleaning easier and more hygienic than traditional mopping.
Which floors can I use it on?
Fresh Flow is intended for hard floors. Because different floor materials tolerate different amounts of water, we recommend that you always follow the floor manufacturer's care instructions.
Do I need to use a bucket?
No. Fresh Flow has a built-in water tank that supplies water while you clean and a separate dirty-water tank that collects the excess water.
Do I need to vacuum before I use Fresh Flow?
Yes, for the best cleaning result we recommend that you vacuum or sweep the floor before you use Fresh Flow. The mop is designed to clean and freshen up hard floors with water, but it is not intended to replace a vacuum cleaner. By removing dust, grit and larger particles of dirt first, you avoid dragging dirt around the floor while you mop.
How long does the battery last?
The battery life is up to:
180 minutes in normal mode
150 minutes in extra water mode
180 minutes in suction mode
How long does it take to charge the battery?
A full charge takes about 3.5–4.5 hours.
How do I charge the mop?
Fresh Flow is charged via USB-C. A USB-C to USB-C cable is included in the box. You can use a compatible USB-C charger, for example from a mobile phone or a computer.
How much water do the tanks hold?
Water tank: 340 ml
Dirty-water tank: 250 ml
Which cleaning modes are there?
Fresh Flow has three modes:
Normal mode – for everyday cleaning
Extra water – for stains and more ingrained dirt
Suction only – for sucking up spilt water from the floor
Can it suck up spilt liquid?
Yes. With the suction mode you can pick up smaller amounts of water or spills from the floor.
Can I use cleaning products?
Yes, but only use a non-foaming cleaning product that is intended for similar products, for example robot vacuum cleaners or electric floor cleaners.
How do I clean the mop after use?
We recommend that you:
Empty the water tank and the dirty-water tank.
Rinse the tanks with water.
Rinse the mop pad and leave it to air dry.
Make sure all parts are dry before you store it.
Can the mop pad be washed?
Yes. The mop pad can be machine washed at 30°C on a hand-wash/wool programme. Do not tumble dry. A spare mop pad is included in the box.
Can the mop reach under furniture?
Yes. Fresh Flow can be laid almost completely flat to make it easier to clean under sofas, beds and other low furniture.
Is it easy to store?
Yes. The slim, lightweight design makes it easy to store. The handle is also fitted with a rubber section on the handle, which makes the mop stand more stably when it is leaned against a wall, so it is easy to store and always close at hand when you need it.
How do I know how much battery is left?
The battery level is shown by indicator lights on the product. When the battery level gets low, the indicator flashes red.
What do the different indicator lights mean?
All lights lit red:
The charging temperature is too high. Unplug the charger and let the product cool down for about 30 minutes.
All lights flashing red:
The operating temperature is too high. Switch the product off and let it cool down.
The first and third lights flashing red:
Possible fault in the water pump.
The first and second lights flashing red:
Possible fault in the suction pump.

How long is the warranty on the product?
Fresh Flow EM-180D is covered by a 5-year warranty for private use. Always keep your receipt as proof of warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or faults caused by incorrect use. In the event of a complaint or warranty claim, please contact your place of purchase.
