I have an SM-1000FP but my blending stick is broken. Where can I get a replacement?

When I use the mini chopper attachment on my hand blender, it doesn’t work, but the whisk and blending stick work fine. Why?

• This may be caused by wear or damage in the coupling on the mini chopper lid.
