The toothbrush does not start even though it is charged

First, try if the electric toothbrush works without the brush head. If it does, the reason may be a dirty brush head. Toothpaste or other debris in the head can prevent the motor from being able to turn.

Try using a new brush head, or remove/clean the current brush head to see if it resolves the problem.

Steps:

• Remove the old brush head.

• Clean the toothbrush from dried toothpaste and debris.

• Place it on the charger (still without the head) and charge for 20 minutes.

• Does the light turn on?

• If it does, try starting it without the brush head.

• If it starts, then try using a completely new brush head.

Follow the tips above first. If it still doesn’t work, try charging the toothbrush via a different type of outlet, such as a power bank, computer, or another power adapter. Also check that the charging plate and the toothbrush charging port are clean. If the light on the toothbrush turns on, it is receiving charge.

The electric toothbrush stops even though it is charged

If you brush too hard or the brush head is dirty/contains a lot of old toothpaste, an automatic stop function is activated. This is a safety mechanism to prevent the motor from overheating and being damaged.

To restart the toothbrush, simply place it on the charger for a few seconds to reset it. You do not need to charge it for several hours. It may feel like the battery has died, but this is just a safety feature.
