Why does the timer sometimes start with a delay when in espresso mode?
Different brands of coffee machines have varying vibration levels and flow rates, which can affect when the timer starts. The mini scale uses a fast and sensitive chip that records data every 100 milliseconds and automatically starts the timer when it detects that the flow rate continuously exceeds 0.1 g/s, in order to capture the actual brewing time.
Why won’t the scale turn on?
There is a main power switch next to the charging port (C-port). Make sure the main switch is turned ON before trying to start the scale.
The battery may be discharged. Please charge the scale before use.
The scale cannot be used while charging. Disconnect the charging cable before operating the scale.
Can I use a fast charger to charge the scale?
The scale does not support fast charging. Do not use a fast charger to charge the scale.
How can I maintain the best accuracy of my mini scale?
The maximum capacity of the scale is 1100 g. Do not exceed this limit — overloading may damage the sensors and compromise accuracy.
Always place the container or object in the center of the weighing platform to ensure accurate measurement results.
