  2. Enter your email address and your password.

  3. Press "Skaffa" (Get) to request the verification code.

The robot vacuum cannot connect to Wi‑Fi

If the robot vacuum shows the message "Nätverksanslutningen misslyckades, försök igen" (the network connection failed, please try again), there are several things you can check.

Check the network

The robot vacuum only supports 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi.

Check that:

  • The phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz network.

  • You are not using a network marked 5 GHz.

  • The Wi‑Fi signal is stable.

  • The robot is within range of the router.

Check the phone

Check that:

  • Bluetooth is switched on.

  • Location access is allowed for the app.

  • You are logged in to your user account.

  • The app has all the necessary permissions.

Check the robot

Check that:

  1. The robot vacuum is switched on.

  2. The Wi‑Fi indicator is flashing.

  3. The Wi‑Fi reset has been activated as described in the app.

  4. The correct Wi‑Fi password has been entered.

Which Wi‑Fi network should I choose during the connection?

When the app asks you to choose a Wi‑Fi network, you should choose your home network and enter the password for that network.

It is important that you:

  • Choose your usual home network.

  • Do not choose the robot's temporary Wi‑Fi network as the permanent connection.

  • Enter the correct password for the home network.

I get messages saying the Wi‑Fi connection failed during setup

During setup, your phone's operating system may show messages saying that the Wi‑Fi connection failed.

In some cases, however, the connection is still made in the background.

If this happens:

  1. Do not cancel the process straight away.

  2. Wait a little while.

  3. Let the app carry on with the setup.

The connection is often completed automatically after a few seconds.

Which settings can cause connection problems?

Some network settings can affect the connection.

Check the following:

  • The Wi‑Fi password is correct.

  • The router uses WPA or WPA2 encryption.

  • The router does not use WEP encryption.

  • The Wi‑Fi name and password do not contain unusual special characters, if problems occur.

  • VPN is switched off during setup.

  • Mobile data is switched off temporarily during the connection.

If you have good knowledge of networks, you can also try using the DNS server:

  • 8.8.8.8

in the router's settings.
