How does the robot vacuum work without a map having been created?
If no map has been created, the robot vacuum will carry out a limited clean within an area of about 6 × 6 metres.
Once you have created a map in the app, the robot will:
Navigate between the rooms that are on the map.
Clean each room according to the selected setting.
Return automatically to the charging station when the cleaning is finished.
A correctly created map gives more efficient cleaning and better navigation.
How do I connect the robot vacuum to the app?
The robot vacuum can be connected to the app to give you access to maps, schedules and advanced functions.

The robot vacuum will not start
If the robot vacuum does not start, this is usually because the battery level is too low.
To solve the problem:
Place the robot on the charging station.
Let the battery charge up.
Try starting the robot again once the battery has charged.
The robot is not vacuuming
If the robot starts but does not vacuum as expected, you should check the battery and the airflow.
Check the following:
That the battery is charged.
That the filter is not blocked.
That the main brush can rotate freely.
That nothing is stuck in the suction channel.
The robot will not charge
If the robot vacuum is not charging, there are a few simple checks you can make.
Follow these steps:
Check that the charging station has power.
Check that the power cable is properly connected at both ends.
Check that the charging contacts on the robot and on the charging station are clean.
Make sure there is enough free space around the station.
Check that the charging contacts are not covered by dust or dirt.
The robot cannot find its way back to the charging station
If the robot cannot return to the charging station, this is usually due to where the station is placed or to obstacles in the surrounding area.
Check that:
The charging station is in an open spot.
There are no obstacles in front of the station.
The robot is not very far away from the station.
If the robot is a long way away, you can place it closer to the station and let it try again.
The robot cannot connect to the app
If the robot cannot be connected to the app, this is usually due to the Wi‑Fi connection.
Check the following:
That the robot has good Wi‑Fi signal coverage.
That the charging station is within range of the Wi‑Fi network.
That the Wi‑Fi settings have been reset as described in the user manual.
That the latest version of the app is being used.
If the problem persists, we recommend that you follow the app guide above.
The robot is offline in the app
If the robot is shown as offline, it cannot communicate with the network.
Common causes:
A weak Wi‑Fi signal.
Temporary network problems.
An older version of the app.
Try to:
Check the Wi‑Fi coverage.
Restart the robot.
Restart the router.
Update the app to the latest version.
Connect the robot to the network again.
The robot is making a strange noise
If the robot vacuum starts to sound unusually loud or makes abnormal noises, you should check the moving parts.
Follow these steps:
Switch off the robot.
Check the main brush.
Check the side brushes.
Check the right and left wheels.
Remove any foreign objects.
Common causes are hair, threads or small objects that have become stuck.
The robot is behaving abnormally
If the robot behaves unexpectedly or does not respond correctly, a restart may help.
Follow these steps:
Switch off the robot.
Wait a few seconds.
Switch the robot on again.
If the problem persists, a reset may be needed.
How do I reset the robot vacuum?
The robot vacuum can be reset by holding down the reset button as described in the product manual.
The mop function does not seem to be making the floor wet
It is normal for the mop cloth not to be fully damp as soon as the cleaning starts.
When the robot starts running:
The mop cloth is dampened gradually.
Water is distributed across the cloth bit by bit.
The floor becomes gradually damper during the cleaning.
For faster results, you can lightly dampen the mop cloth before starting the cleaning.
My robot has vacuumed up liquid
If the robot has sucked up liquid, it should be switched off immediately.
Follow these steps:
Switch off the robot straight away.
Take out the dust container.
Dry the container thoroughly.
Dry the filters.
Dry the suction channel.
Let all the parts dry completely before refitting them.
Do not use the robot until all the parts are completely dry.
What height of threshold can the robot handle?
The robot vacuum is designed to handle thresholds of up to about 20 mm.
The actual height it can cross is also affected by:
The shape of the threshold.
The slope of the edge.
The surface in front of the threshold.
How do I wash the mop cloth?
The mop cloth can be washed in a washing machine at 40 °C.
For the longest life, we recommend that you:
Wash the mop regularly.
Let it dry completely between uses.
Avoid strong bleaches.
Can several people control the robot?
Yes, a robot vacuum can be shared between several users.
To share the device between different mobile phones, please see the illustrated guide:
Can I use the robot on several floors?
Yes, the robot can be used on several floors and supports up to five different maps.
For the best results:
Create a map for each floor.
Select the right map in the app before cleaning.
Move the robot to the floor you want.
The charging station does not need to be on every floor, as long as the right map is selected and the surroundings have not changed significantly.
My map is not working
If the map is not working correctly, we recommend that you create a new map.
Follow these steps:
Delete the old map.
Make sure that rugs can be crossed.
Open all the doors that would normally be open.
Create a quick map.
Run a first clean with edge cleaning activated.
Then run a full clean.
Add zones, room names and boundaries afterwards.
Important:
Make sure the robot is fully charged.
Do not move the charging station after the mapping.
If the charging station is moved, the mapping should be done again.
The automatic emptying station is not working
If the automatic emptying function on models with an emptying station does not start, the following checks may help.
Check that:
The station has power.
The robot is correctly positioned on the station.
The dust bag is fitted correctly.
The dust bag is not full.
The lid of the dust container is closed.
The station is in the same place as it was when the cleaning started.
The robot is not in "Ladda och återuppta" (Charge and resume) mode.
You can also try starting the emptying manually via the app.
Can the robot be left charging all the time?
Yes, the robot vacuum can be left in the charging station continuously.
When the battery is fully charged, the robot switches to trickle charging at a low current to reduce the risk of overcharging.
If the robot is not going to be used for several weeks or months, we recommend that you:
Charge the battery fully.
Switch off the robot.
Store it in a dry, cool place.
Charge the battery about once a month.
Where do I find the robot's serial number?
The serial number is on a label inside the robot vacuum.
To find it:
Open the lid on the robot.
Take out the dust container.
Look for the label with the serial number.
