When you clean the filters, it is important to:
Remove the filter as described in the instruction manual.
Rinse the filters with lukewarm water if needed.
Let all the parts dry completely before refitting them.
Check that no parts are damaged or worn.
The filters and the dust container must be completely dry before they are refitted in the vacuum cleaner.
Can I get help with refitting the parts after cleaning?

Correct assembly is important in order to:
Maintain the suction.
Make sure the dust sensor works correctly.
Prevent air from leaking through the system.
Protect the motor and the filters.
The display shows "Filter Blocked"
The message "Filter Blocked" means that the vacuum cleaner is experiencing restricted airflow through the system.
Innovac Sensor is fitted with a dust sensor that monitors the airflow. If the filter is dirty or the air path is blocked, the sensor may interpret this as the filter being clogged.
Follow these steps:
Switch off the vacuum cleaner.
Empty the dust container.
Remove the filter.
Shake off loose dust.
Rinse the filter gently with lukewarm water.
Let the filter dry for at least 24 hours.
Check that the nozzle, the tube and the air channels are free from blockages.
Refit the parts and switch the vacuum cleaner on again.
If the message is still shown, the filter may need to be replaced.
How do I clean the dust sensor?
The dust sensor needs to be cleaned regularly so that it can measure the dust level correctly.
The dust sensor is located inside the tube, on two sides.
To clean it:
Switch off the vacuum cleaner.
Locate the sensors inside the tube.
Gently wipe the dust away with paper or a dry cloth.
Check that no dust deposits remain.
Regular cleaning reduces the risk of incorrect warning messages.
The suction has become weaker
Reduced suction is usually caused by something restricting the airflow.
Even if a filter looks clean on the top, it may be clogged underneath.
Check the following:
Pre-filter.
HEPA filter.
Dust container.
Nozzles.
Tubes.
Air channels.
A HEPA filter is a high-efficiency particulate filter that captures very small particles. If the filter is clogged, the motor can get less airflow and the suction is greatly reduced.
Follow these steps:
Clean all the filters.
Check that the filters are completely dry before fitting them.
Check that the nozzles and the tube are not blocked.
Clean the dust container.
Test the vacuum cleaner again.
If the problem persists, the filters may need to be replaced.
The vacuum cleaner is unusually loud or makes a whistling noise
A loud whistling noise can occur if the vacuum cleaner is used without all the filters correctly fitted.
The filters are an important part of the airflow system and protect both the motor and the sensor from dust and particles.
If the vacuum cleaner is used without filters, there is a risk that:
Dirt gets into the motor.
The airflow is affected.
Permanent damage is caused to the vacuum cleaner.
So always check that:
All the filters are in place and clean.
The filters are correctly fitted.

How often do I need to clean the vacuum cleaner?

How long is the warranty on the product?
