WSCG/CGWS Coffee Grinder

I need a new container/lid for my grinder.
You can order it directly from our website!

Why does my coffee become static and create a dust of coffee on the countertop?
This is caused by static electricity, which naturally occurs when the beans are ground.
All coffee grinding generates some static. This happens because the ground coffee particles rub against each other during grinding. Tips to reduce static coffee dust:

  • Tap the edges of the container lightly to gather the coffee.

  • There are useful tips on YouTube if you search for “Static Coffee Grinder.”

My grinder no longer grinds as finely. What should I do?
Regular cleaning is important:

  1. Remove the bean hopper and container.

  2. Take out the grinder head as shown in the video.

  3. Brush the grinder head with a pastry brush or fine brush to remove loose coffee.

  4. You can also turn the grinder upside down and shake it gently to remove any stuck beans.

The bean hopper and the container for ground coffee can be washed in lukewarm water with dish soap, and should be completely dried before use.

My coffee grinder won’t start.

  • Check the power switch on the side of the grinder.

  • Ensure the collection container and bean hopper are correctly in place.

  • Turn the timer function so it is not set to 0.

What is the difference between CGWS-130B and WSCG-2?
The main difference is the motor:

  • CGWS-130B has a DC motor, which produces less noise and a lower RPM, which is better for the coffee.

  • The color is also different between the models.

Do CGWS-130B and WSCG-2 use the same spare parts?
Yes, the available parts are interchangeable between these models.
