How much coffee should I use?
It is recommended to use 60 g of coffee per 1 liter of water. The water tank indicates the amount of coffee in grams for each water level.


Can I use whole beans in a coffee maker?
No, the beans must be ground in a coffee grinder before brewing.


The coffee maker won’t start. What should I do?

  1. Make sure the plug is properly inserted into the socket.

  2. If there is a power switch on the side under the base of the coffee maker, check that it is turned on. It is located on the left side under the water tank.

  3. Check that there is water in the water tank.


How often does the coffee maker need descaling?
This depends on the hardness of your water. We recommend descaling and cleaning at least every three months. If you have hard water, you should do it more often.


Do Wilfa coffee makers have automatic shut-off?
Yes, all our coffee makers have an automatic shut-off after 40 minutes.
