Espresso machine

The descasling program will not work

Unit must be in "off mode".

Unplug the machine and then plug in (without turning on!)

Now the machine is in "off status" and you can follow the description in the user manual to do the descaling.

Milk container doesn't work, can't get the milk through the system.

Check that the silicon pipe inside of the milk container is clean and wellplace, check also so that the connections in the adapter is connected tothe machine. If you are sure all is in right place and cleaned but still notwork? Replace the milk container.

Leakage form water tank

Water tank needs to be replaced

Water in drip tray

This is normal. Almost all the espresso machines with more than 19 bar pressure has thisdripping system underneath directed to the drip tray as it's necessary torelease some pressure created by the pump.

It's normal to have water coming out from a small flush area. Without this the machine will contain pressure and affect some internalparts of joints in the machine, that's why we have a drip tray to contain the water. We recommend constant cleaning of the tray to avoid water overflow.

I am not satisfied with the milk foam

Even if we have a 19 bar pump system and high temperature we can not expect a cappuccino as in the coffee bar. Whole milk is ideal for creamy, stable foam due to its balance of fat, protein, and sugars. It is important to have cold, fresh milk.
