The descaling program isn't working
If the descaling program isn't working on your Volo Multi Mini, this is usually because the machine isn't in the correct off state when the program is started.
To carry out descaling, the machine needs to be completely switched off before the descaling program is activated.
Follow these steps:
Turn off the machine.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Plug the power cord back in.
Do not turn on the machine.
Follow the descaling instructions in the user manual.
Once the machine has been reconnected without being turned on, it is in the correct state for the descaling program to run correctly.
Regular descaling helps remove limescale deposits, which are minerals from the water that naturally build up inside the machine over time. Descaling helps maintain the coffee's flavor and the machine's performance.
I don't think the first cup of coffee gets hot enough
If the first cup of coffee isn't hot enough, you can preheat the machine before brewing. Preheating the machine means letting hot water circulate through the internal components before the coffee is brewed. This helps the machine reach the optimal brewing temperature.
Follow these steps:
Insert the desired adapter without a capsule or coffee.
Brew a cup of hot water.
Empty the cup.
Insert your coffee capsule or fill the adapter with coffee.
Brew your coffee as usual.
Once the machine has been preheated, it is better prepared to deliver coffee at the optimal temperature.
