Can I put the parts of the Wilfa ICMS-C15 in the dishwasher?

• The stainless steel bowl is safe for the dishwasher.

• The plastic lid and stirrer are sensitive to heat. It’s best to wash by hand or use a dishwasher program with a lower temperature.

What are the RPMs of the ice cream machine?

• Vanilla 1.5L: 54.5 RPM

• Vanilla 2.5L: 63.1 RPM

The stirrer stops after about 30 minutes. Why?

• In Wilfa ice cream machines, it usually takes 30–45 minutes for the ice cream to be ready.

• The display showing 60 minutes is approximate; actual time depends on factors such as how cold the mixture is and the recipe used.

• When the stirrer stops, the freezing process continues.

• At this point, you can either:

  • Remove the ice cream from the bowl and place it in another container to freeze, or

  • Leave it in the machine for a short while during the freezing process.

• We recommend experimenting to determine how long to run the program depending on the type of ice cream you are making.
